Delivery
When placing an order please select the correct delivery option,
Local delivery - Local deliver covers areas in the Fylde. These areas are covered by our self and we personally deliver your items.(please see below a list) You can specify a delivery date for this option.
We will try out best to fulfill your order on the chosen day. If for any reason this cannot be done we will contact you, so please make sure to supply contact information where asked.
Same day delivery is unavailable online - if an order is placed for the same day we will contact you and move the date to the next day. Please contact the store directly to arrange this.

Substitute flowers.

At Creations Floral Design we hold the right to substitute flowers in bouquets if they are not avaliabale. This rarely happens but from time to time it does. If we need to substitute flowers we will contact you and check you are happy with the changes, if you are not we will refund you and cancel the order.
